Many of us long for inner peace.
Not as an idea to understand,
but as something we can actually feel—
in our bodies, in our breath, in real life.
Â
Inner peace is not something you have to achieve. It’s something already present, waiting to be noticed and received.
Â
This free online workshop is an invitation to slow down, settle into your body, and experience inner peace as a lived reality—not something to strive for or hold onto, but something to gently allow.
Â
What This Workshop is About
In this 90-minute live Zoom experience, you’ll be guided into an embodied, contemplative approach to inner peace rooted in Divine Flow.
Â
Together, we’ll explore:
- what inner peace is—and what it’s not
- why the body often recognizes peace before the mind does
- how the mind’s impulse to cling or control can interrupt peace
- a simple, practical three-step embodiment practice you can use in quiet time or throughout your day
- a guided meditation to help you experience inner peace directly
- a closing prayer to help integrate what you experience
This workshop is experiential, spacious, and accessible—no prior meditation or contemplative experience required.
Â

- Â often feel tired, overwhelmed, or spiritually stretched thin
